2. What data we process and why

• Contact and property forms: name, email, phone and message, to answer your enquiry.
• Client area: registration data (name, email, phone, nationality, language, country of residence), the details of each service request and the documents you upload (for example, your passport), to provide the services you book.
• Security: minimal technical data (such as an encrypted identifier of your IP address) to prevent abuse and unauthorised access.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (when you submit a form or register), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (services booked), compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in website security.

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and, at most, one year afterwards if they do not lead to a business relationship. Client and request data are kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the applicable legal limitation periods. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide the service you have booked (for example, lawyers, notaries, gestorías, insurers, banks or translators), always informing you beforehand. The website is hosted by a hosting provider acting as data processor.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@solicoast.com. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Document security

The documents you upload are stored outside the public area of the server and can only be downloaded by you and authorised SOLICOAST staff.
